Virals should become CRM

I was supposed to have a CRM class at JWT today – left.

What’s does “viral” mean… well, everything can be viral – virality means that a content is so amazing (video, link etc.), that you want to share it.

Internet is changing the relationships between companies and consumers, and virality of content between consumers can activate the consumer’s interest towards the brand.

Re-directing to a web to gather data of the users would be a profitable way of making the initial campaign investment last (CRM), making users participate: enabling them to express their personal point of view, sharing experiences, supporting causes, gaming etc.

Companies/agencies could use this thata to create better relations with their customer, or even better products/services.
