Facebook in Spain 2010

Blogger Behaviour

Identify 2010’s blogger behaviours and insights here.

Future of blogging seems to be Micro-blogging. Tumblr alone boasts over 6 million users and 1.5 billion monthly pageviews and its only continuing to flourish – here is mine. And here I’ve aggregated both, and Twitter (@alejwalker) where I publicize Tumblr ’cause it’s a little less of a headache. I like to save useful info in my WordPress though.

Twitter is micro-micro-blogging but without the power of repository. Early adopters like Twitter: people listen to them, and they spread the word. In Facebook, you can open Tumblr’s videos directly, but it’s less public.

It’s all about architecture.

Research can be more

“When brands send out feedback requests to CRM databases, why not get new product development ideas out of it too? So then CRM becomes both research and new product development. And, if brands get customer feedback at the point of sale via mobile, why not recruit them to a branded online community to tell them about new offers and get their help in refining them? This way, customer feedback becomes both CRM, NPD and PR”. via: Tom Woodnutt, Director Innovation Hall and Partners.

6 reasons of why Internet for brands is the sh**t

1. Interactive

2. Customizable

3. Contextual

4. Entretaining

5. Playable

6. Useful (Somebody said once: “Generous ideas are bigger than big ideas”)

All Social Media Graphics

These are all the nice visual learning graphics I found out about social media, via mashable, blogs news etc.

I actually have a client that didn’t believe in Facebook, so it’s nice to have the hard facts to show how it can help out in the relationship between the people, the brand and it’s product (wait, wasn’t it the other way round? whatever).
